What to expect

In your first session, which is 1 hour, we will take your medical history you will go through a process of self-discovery and emotional awareness. This will help you understand and pinpoint the underlying emotions that are impacting on your health and wellness.

Your therapist will identify which moods are being affected and which part of the personality is unbalanced. Once we have identified the appropriate remedies for you, we will blend a personalised bottle of Bach Flower Remedy for you.

All sessions are held in a gentle and nurturing environment where space is held for your healing.

Follow-up sessions are 45mins.

This system was developed in the 1930s by renowned virologist and immunologist Dr Edward Bach. The system comprises 38 flower remedies that can be used by the entire family including those most special family members, our pets. Dr Bach left the world of conventional medicine which dictated a patient was treated on their symptoms and not their emotional state. Dr Bach did extensive research on the subject and concluded that by addressing and treating emotional disturbances, you can achieve long-term health and wellbeing.
