What to expect
Your first appointment will be 1 hour 30 minutes and all follow-up appointments will be 1 hour.
During these sessions your therapist will assess your inner dialogue and how that is stopping you from moving forward in your life.
We all have codes that we operate from. These codes are stored deeply inside us and most of the time we are not even aware of them, but they create havoc in our lives. During your sessions we will look at what these codes are and give you tools and techniques to change so you can experience wellbeing on every level.
We will also consider your lifestyle and physical health and guide you on lifestyle changes, including dietary options to support your total health.
