What to expect

Your therapist will tailor your therapy to your specific needs as there is a wide range of approaches that we can use.

Clinical psychologists are regulated by the Health Professions Council which ensures their skills and knowledge are continually being updated and meet specific requirements.

Your first appointment will be 1 hour, allowing plenty of time to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and find out what is going on for you now and what has affected you in your past. This means we can formulate the best plan and so that you get the right treatment to help you move forward in your life.

Follow-up appointments are also 1 hour.
